Shipping

All items will be packaged appropriately to avoid damage. In some cases, you will be able to choose to have your items tracked to provide additional security.

Charges for postage will be determined at checkout based on the total weight of your order, the shipping address, and the shipping method chosen by you.

Returns Policy

Should the items sent to you not match the descriptions provided on this site, you may return such items as long as the returned items are:

1. received by Rugby Fever in the original packaging, and in their original state
2. received by Rugby Fever within 30 days of the original despatch date from Rugby Fever

The refund will be made to you upon receipt of the goods as described above, and will be paid into your credit card account.

Size Exchange

Should you order the incorrect size, you may return the item(s) to Rugby Fever for an exchange item of the correct size, as long as the returned items are:

1. received by Rugby Fever in the original packaging, and in their original state
2. received by Rugby Fever within 30 days of the original despatch date from Rugby Fever

In such case you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee incurred by Rugby Fever to send you correct size items.
